Star Citizen Alpha 2.0 Available

The much awaited update 2.0 has launched and is available for download right now from RSI. This new update includes:

• Multi-crew ships
• FPS gameplay
• New planet + moons
• and much much more.

Star Citizen is a very much anticipated space-flight sim. It has been largely desired for its many sandbox-ish features even though it isn’t fully a sandbox. It for example lacks a full blown free-trading economy such as the one that EVE Online has (one of the best in my opinion).

Regardless of this, Star Citizen broke crowdfunding records across the board due to its veteran team and marketing campaign being able to convince players that this project is very much doable by them. Let’s hope they live up to the hype then!
